Hi my name is Jethro Constant, Owner/Operator of Constant Care Physiotherapy as well as the Head Physiotherapist at Human 2.0 right here in Ottawa. I have been a practicing physio for over 14 years working with everyone from kids to NHL/NFL/CFL/elite BJJ/ NCAA athletes to senior citizens. As a former defensive lineman at the University of Ottawa, I use my experiences as an athlete and a coach to create an active and educational approach to rehab. When I am not at clinic, you can find me hanging out with my wife and 4 kids, practicing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu or doing various YouTube channels and podcasts.

Bonjour, je m'appelle Jethro Constant, propriétaire/exploitant de Constant Care Physiotherapy ainsi que physiothérapeute en chef chez Human 2.0 ici même à Ottawa. Je pratique la physiothérapie depuis plus de 14 ans, travaillant avec tout le monde, des enfants aux athlètes de la LNH, NFL, LCF, du BJJ élite et de la NCAA, jusqu'aux personnes âgées. Ancien joueur de ligne défensive à l'Université d'Ottawa, j'utilise mes expériences en tant qu'athlète et entraîneur pour créer une approche active et éducative de la réadaptation. Quand je ne suis pas à la clinique, vous pouvez me trouver en train de passer du temps avec ma femme et mes quatre enfants, de pratiquer le jiu-jitsu brésilien ou de travailler sur diverses chaînes YouTube et podcasts.
