24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Constant Care Physiotherapy, we strive to provide exceptional care and ensure that all patients receive the attention and treatment they need. To help us maintain the highest level of service and availability, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Policy Details:

1. CANCELLATION NOTICE: To avoid any cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
2. LATE CANCELLATIONS: If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled session fee will be charged.
3. NO-SHOW POLICY: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
4. EMERGENCIES AND EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES: We understand that emergencies or unforeseen events may occur. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. RESCHEDULING: We encourage you to reschedule your appointment if necessary. Our team is happy to assist you in finding another convenient time.
